A useful anionic polyacrylamide quotation begins with the process problem, not only a requested price per kilogram. Product concentration, dose, water recovery, separator output and supply terms determine the real commercial result.
Give the supplier a selection basis
State the industry and process step, feed solids, particle or mineral type, pH, conductivity, temperature, coagulants, equipment, current product, active dose and measured target. Attach representative photographs or test records when useful.
Request a focused sample set whose differences are explained. Too many unrelated products consume plant time without improving the decision.
Compare delivered treatment cost
Normalize dry and liquid products to active consumption and delivered price. Add make-down water, labor, feeder limits, throughput, water recovery, sludge or cake transport, cleaning and inventory effects.
Reject guaranteed universal dosage claims. The dose must come from representative testing and a controlled plant run.
Confirm documents and logistics
List required TDS, SDS, COA, packing, pallet, shipping marks, destination, order quantity and delivery timing. Clarify quotation validity and commercial terms directly with the supplier.
Keep the accepted product code, trial evidence and receiving plan in the purchase record.
Minimum enquiry packet
Send work email, company, destination, contact route, application, feed data, equipment, target, current treatment, quantity and timing. The structured APAM RFQ keeps those fields together.
